What this website collects
Very little. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside provider. The contact form does not send anything: it prepares a brief you send from your own email, and nothing leaves your device until you do.
Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) briefly records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. I do not use this information to identify you.
The time-zone tool reads your device's time zone in your browser to show my working hours in your time. That value is never sent or stored.
What I keep when you get in touch
- Your name, email address, agency name and what you write to me.
- For clients: billing details on proposals and invoices, and the project files you share.
I use this only to reply to you, run the project, send invoices and meet tax and accounting rules. I never sell it, and I never add you to a mailing list.
Booking a call
If you book a call through the scheduling link, the booking tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email address and chosen time, and adds the meeting to my calendar. Its own privacy policy also applies.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the studio: my hosting, email and scheduling providers, the payment provider that moves your money (such as Wise or Skydo), my bank, and a chartered accountant for tax filings. Some of these are based outside India and outside your country; they are used only for the purposes above. Project files stay in the tools you give me access to.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Invoices and related records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax rules require. Project files are deleted from my machines 90 days after handover unless you ask me to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or ask me to stop using it, by writing to hello@hillform.dev. I reply within 30 days. This applies whatever country you are in, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, for clients in Europe, the GDPR. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
